Inner Ring will be focusing on group riding this week. The weather is looking slightly uncertain, we will announce on the website by 8am if Inner Ring is cancelled.

Assuming great heat tomorrow, in the Outer Ring we will be using road bikes and focusing on cornering. This means we will be riding at times on the grass. You may wish to bring trainers in addition to your bike shoes.
