One of our coaches, Anthony Rogers, is starting a retail cycle business called ‘True Wheels.’ The business is focused on high quality and affordable hand built wheels but is able to source most cycle products that you see in your local shop. In the future there will be a website but for now this is an early indication of what is happening.
The business is aimed at supporting local club cyclists and will not be selling to the general public. Typically members of Sussex youth cycle clubs will get 25% off regular retail prices, sometimes more. True Wheels is supplied by Raleigh, Halo Wheels and Cycle Sport North.
e.g. True Wheels sells inner tubes at £3 most shops charge £5 – £6.
We are making an order for cycle training rollers which are the training device most suited to aspiring youth cyclists.
We are offering Tacx Antares Rollers T1000 for £145, these have a retail price of £169.99 [not a 25% reduction in this case but cheaper than Chain Reaction Cycles].
