I am proud to announce the creation of Performance Cycle Coaching.
Having coached as a hobby for over 15 years I am finally turning my passion into my full time job.
I have taken riders to National and International titles and have a wealth of experience especially in track racing, if you are looking to reach your true potential, email or call me today, together we will get you there!
I race myself and I am the current European masters 35-39 sprint champion, I have raced since I was 13 having won or medalled at various regional and national championships, enabling me to understand and appreciate what the riders I coach are going through and how best to support them.
I am also an experienced Strength and Conditioning coach, having set and monitored programs for both cyclists and athletes in other disciplines.
