Well supported turbo / roller session – thanks and well done to all



Big thanks to all the riders that came along to today’s indoor training session. We had to get the giant fan going to keep everyone comfortable, and the Briitish Cycling pyramid interval session was a challlenging alternative to the Sufferfest videos.


Next session in a fortnight (17 January). Remember to bring mat, towel, and water bottle (oh yes, plus your cycling shoes!).
