We really need some helpers for next Sunday’s cross race

Hi PPYCC supporters,

If you can help and we don’t have your name on our list below please let Anthony know your availability for next Sunday. We have roles from 07.30 to 17.00 with our greatest need being setting up which finishes by 11.00.

The message below has already been sent to  some volunteers.

Your name may be on the list below to help at our Cross race next Sunday. We are pretty short of helpers, especially for setting up in the morning which starts from 07.30. Would you:

1. Confirm if your availability below is correct
2. Let me know if you are not listed and you are able to help.
3. No need to reply if you are unavailable and not on the list below.

The two cross events raise enough funds to pay for our track hire for almost the entire year.
