At 9am in Brighton it’s cold and raining. The Met Office say 80% of rain continuing all morning so I have decided to cancell today. Sorry all but it would not be enjoyable.
If you want to ride you could try a steady hour down the track (most likely on your own) or get the rollers out. Cyclists have also been rumoured to go for a run in the Winter
