Keep an eye here on the website as well as the facebook page as the weather’s looking changeable for the weekend. If we decide to cancel, we’ll put an announcement out by 08:00 latest on Saturday morning.
Everyone bring layers of clothing, gloves, waterproof, water and snack as well as bike and helmet (we’ve noticed quite a few of the younger riders without gloves – you need these to protect your hands if you come off the bike).
Older riders keep an eye on the weather to know whether to bring track or road bike.

09:15 to 10:00 Skills coaching in yellow / green / blue groups. We’ll recap on last week’s session on cornering then concentrate on braking and gear selection for diffferent riding circumstances

IF DRY – USING TRACK BIKES – Coaching continuing with Omnium practice started last week (emphasis on Scratch and Points races)
IF WET- USING ROAD BIKES – Coaching including team time trail practice
