PPYCC have booked in to the Youth Hostel at Burley in the New Forest for a weekend of mountain biking fun on the Saturday 17th and Sunday 18th September.
All are welcome, members, family and friends but we need to know if there are enough people to continue with the booking and so need responses by Sunday 31st July from a sufficient number of people to keep the booking open. After this date we can accept other people if there is space, however if too many people hold off in committing we will need to cancel. If you have told us before you intend to attend then you must still complete and return the form below. Accommodation will be allocated first come first serve based on your emailed replies. You may pay later but we would like your booking to be a commitment.
We will be collectively self-catering and the hostel at Burley has a capacity of 60 people (36 beds split into 5 rooms inside the hostel, 12 beds in 3 ready-erected family tents with all bedding supplied and another 12 people camping using your own equipment).
The prices are as follows: Beds in a single-sex dormitory, price £18.40 (adults), £14.00 (under-18s) per person per night. 4-bedded ready-erected family tent, price £40.00 per tent per night with all bedding included. Camping using your own equipment: Price £9.50 (adults), £7.00 (under-18s), £3.00 (under-3s) per person per night.

The YHA website says of Burley : “A former family home, in the heart of the New Forest, close to Beaulieu Motor Museum Great for: Families, cyclists, horseriders and nature lovers.”
