We will be using road bikes.
Arrive by 09.45 to join in with the Inner Ring and help us practice our Health and Safety routine for organising riders leaving the track when we run our Pedal in Preston Park charity fund raiser in October. As many riders as possible present will make this a better test.
The rest of the session will be a usual format with something new, practicing tight, slow, uphill cornering and a repeat of some of the skills and other activities we have been practicing early in the season.
