Outer Ring will be on track bikes this weekend, weather permitting. Please come 15 mins early to sort out a bike if you need to borrow one. We will put a message out on the website by Saturday 9am if the track is wet or if the threat of rain is high, in which case we will revert to road bikes.
Any Inner Ring riders who have been attending Wednesday track league regularly this season are welcome to come along to OR for the track session where we will run activities suitable for all ages.
The Inner Ring session will be on road bikes as usual. Any IR riders who are booked on the Lee Valley Velodrome session on 2nd September but who haven’t used track bikes before or would like a refresher, please bring your road bike to IR as usual, but we will spend a little time doing some introductory track bike activities (with flat pedals and trainers) during the IR session.
