Inner Ring session this week (09:00 to 10:30) will continue to focus on cyclocross skills, building on the mounting and dismounting that we covered last week.
PLEASE WEAR TRAINERS WITH FLAT PEDALS OR MTB STYLE CLEATS as you will be running with your biikes as well as riding, and road-style cleats are inappropriate.
The weather forecast is for rain showers, so please also bring a waterproof along with water, snack, helmet and bike.
