It’s a very wet Friday night but forecast to be dry and sunny Saturday morning. Due to the mountain bike trip this weekend there will be no formally coached session at the track tomorrow morning. However, we are planning on running a distance challenge for the inner ring riders.
Riders will sign on as usual and then have a warm up on the track. Following the warm up the riders will take on their distance challenge U8s – 6 laps, U10s – 12 laps and U12s 18 laps.
The distance challenge will be run as a time trial, riders set off individually at 10 second intervals. As this is a time trial there is no group riding or slipstreaming.
Please make sure bikes and helmets have been checked and the riders have a drink and a snack, they’ll need it after they finish !
