Many apologies, but it is with regret that, due to coach availability and injury, the Outer Ring session is cancelled this weekend, Saturday 27th August. We will be back as usual next weekend, 3rd September and look forward to seeing you all then.

Outer Ring Saturday 20th August

A reminder that the Outer Ring will be on ROAD BIKES this week. Expect some group riding and endurance training!

Inner ring Saturday 13th Aug.

The Inner ring will be running as usual tomorrow, with sign on at 8.45 for 9.00-10.30 session. We will be working on riding in a group, finishing with a PPYCC recreation of the Olympic team sprint! See you tomorrow!
