In just over three weeks time, our PPYCC Treasurer Richard is setting off to ride from Lands End in Cornwall to John O’Groats in Scotland with Ride Across Britain to raise awareness (and money) for the Pancreatic Cancer Charity, in memory of his dad.
He will be setting out on 10th September to ride 980 miles in just 9 days, clocking up over 100 miles every day and climbing a total of 16,000 metres (Everest is only 8,849m!).
He has paid his own entry, so any support you might be kind enough to give would be gratefully received and will go direct to this worthwhile charity. If anyone wants to follow the journey, he will be posting his progress on instagram at scrotty356.
