We received some fantastic news this week from Dylan Hicks. You may remember back in February Dylan got the exciting news that he’d been accepted into the GB Cycling Team Foundation programme.
Then of course came lockdown which threw up a whole world of uncertainty and difficulties for all of our riders who had plans and ambitions for the season ahead, as blogged by Dylan last month. Well after a season comprising massive amounts of training and hard work under the guidance of the GB coaching team, Dylan has now been invited into the GB Cycling Team Junior Academy on a trial until the end of January.
This is hugely exciting for Dylan and his family, and great opportunity to step up to the next level on the performance pathway. Dylan, everyone at PPYCC is really proud of you and wish you every success at the Academy!
