New Season Letter 2009

Dear Members, Parents and Carers,

I am writing to remind you that the start of the new cycling year is upon us and it is time to join up for another fun summer of cycling.

We hope you will be renewing your membership this year. If you are a BC member we will assume you would like to renew, but if you do not wish to attend anymore, please let us know and we will remove your details from our records.

HAVE YOUR DETAILS CHANGED SINCE LAST YEAR?
It is vital that we have up to date emergency contact, medical and allergy information for you, so if any of this info has changed please fill out the membership form (attached) and return to me, or submit your details online using the link below.

Cycling at Preston Park starts on Saturday 14th March 2009, usual time, and usual place: 10.00am at the cycle track. Last year saw PPYCC club members progressing and competing at a high level, but most importantly of all having great fun on bikes!

This year we are again offering free membership to PPYCC, so you just need to pay to renew your British Cycling membership. (New Youth and Under 12 BC members get free membership in the first year). Session rates for members will be £2.50 or £4 for non members.

To join PPYCC you must join British Cycling, the sport’s national governing body, which gives 3rd Party insurance, cheaper entry to many races and the pleasure of supporting our athletes at events like the Olympics in London.  Membership forms for British Cycling and PPYCC are attached, or you can join online:
